please help...

i can't fucking sleep at all anymore. i'm awake all the fucking time, and when i try to sleep, i just doze off for about ten minutes and i'm up again. i've tried everything from hot tea and relaxation to starving myself of sleep so i'll eventually be exausted and pass out... nothing works. i'm desperate. anyone with any suggestions, please email me or leave a note or something... i'm going crazy.
